****** PRE-HEAT OVEN  370..THAW SHRIMP,CUT VEGGIES IN A WAY FOR THE SKEWERS.. CUT SHRIMP IN HALF PIECES,SEASON, START WITH A SHRIMP PIECE ON THE SKEWER  AND ALTERNATE WITH VEGGIES, AFTER FILLED SPRINKLE A LITTLE SEASONING ON SKEWER... PLACE IN OVEN UNTIL DONE. (TIP:BECAUSE SHRIMP IS ALREADY COOKED. MAY WANT TO LIGHLY COOK VEGGIES FIRST) WHEN DONE SQUEEZE WITH LEMON JUICE. 
USE SOME OF THE LETTUCE TO WRAP OR PLACE ON TOP AND EAT AS A SALAD..EITHER WAY IS DELISH!

`1 EGG & 1 EGG WHITE
`SALAMI 1/2 OZ & HAM 1 OZ
`RICOTTA CHEESE REDUCED* 50 GRAMS
`SARGENTO PROVOLONE W/SMOKED FL*1 SL
`SPINACH- 1/4 CUP
`MUSHROOMS* 30 GRAMS
~NEED A SMALL OVEN PAN OR SKILLET

***PREHEAT OVEN...OR USE SKILLET WITH LID... SAUTEE MEAT AND VEGGIES...BEAT EGGS IN BOWL. ADD THE CHEESE AND MEAT/VEGGIES. POUR IN PAN OR SKILLET WITH LID. IN OVEN COOK FOR 15 MINUTES .. ON TOP WITH LID FOR 6 MINUTES PER SIDE.. WILL LOOK MORE LIKE AN OMELET.. ENJOY!

`shredded parmesan cheese* 1 1/2 ounce

*** preheat oven at 375. season wings with zest... bake for 20 minutes (if frozen..longer) ..remove from oven lightly spray with cooking spray. roll in the parmesan place back in oven for approx 5-10 minutes until golden.. not too long.

NOODLE-LESS CHICKEN PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
`Harvestland Organic Chicken Breast*6 ozs
`Red Onions* 2 ozs
`fresh mushrooms* 50 grams
`roasted red peppers* 2 ozs
`shredded parmesan* 1/2 oz
`cream cheese 1/3 fat* 1 oz
`Del-MonTe French Cut Green Beans NO Salt* 1 cup
`Crisco Butter Spray
*** spray skillet with spray.. pre-slice the chicken (season with Crystal’s Zest) place in skillet cover with tight lid.. 2 minutes on each side then allow to cook for 5 minutes. remove from skillet. spray skillet add onions and mushrooms.. sauté until done place chicken back in and add the peppers. reduce heat. add the cream cheese drain the beans slightly (not too much juice) then place in skillet. allow to simmer for approx. 8 minutes while stirring occasionally. place on plate sprinkle with parmesan.
